Northlands Park

Northlands Park is a superb entertainment destination in Edmonton with a fabulous Harness racing and Thoroughbred racing program running throughout most of the year.

Northlands Park casino has 650 slot machines on the 28,000 square foot gaming floor.

Northlands Park on-site sports book and casino is open from 10am to 3am every day throughout the year. The casino features a slots lounge and slot grill for dining and beverages.

The Uplinks restaurant and simulcast sports theatre has a broad menu of tasty food and a well stocked bar with 6 projection televisions around the room as well as up to 30 simulcast races shown at any one time.

ATM machines are available on site and access to the 2,526 seat grandstand is free. The site has disabled access throughout the property.

Northlands Park Home of the Derby

Northlands Park racetrack has been home to the famous Canadian Derby for sixty years and draws hundreds of thousands of spectators to the venue annually.

Spectators can dine at the racetrack on race days in the Colours Restaurant which with 148 tables is the biggest tiered restaurant in Alberta and all year round at the Uplinks restaurant which is on the second level of the venue. The Playbook Lounge is available to rent for private functions and sports broadcast events.
